How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout.

We offer free shipping:

  • Spain: Free shipping on orders over 100 eur
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Free shipping on orders over 150 eur
  • France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands: Free shipping on orders over 150 eur
  • Rest of the world: Free shipping on orders over 200 eur

 

How long does shipping take?
All our orders are dispatched from our offices in Barcelona. Delivery times will be calculated during the checkout process, but you can expect:

  • 1-2 days in Spain
  • 3-5 days in Europe
  • 5-7 days in the rest of the world


Keep in mind:

  • Your shipment could be delayed for reasons that are not in our control
  • Taxes might apply on orders outside the UE

How can I check the tracking of my order?
Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive an e-mail with your tracking link and we will keep you informed on every step of the way.

Do I have to pay taxes?
Duties and taxes are different for every country and there is no way to guarantee the amount.

Our sizing is based on a simple scale from 0 to 4. Below you'll find a conversion chart to help you find your perfect size.

If you are between two sizes, we recommend to always choose the bigger size.

Here is the measurements you should take:

  1. Bust: measure the fullest contour of your bust (probably where the nipples are).
  2. Underbust: This is your ribcage contour, right under your bust.
  3. Waist: the narrowest part of your abdomen, your natural waistline.
  4. Hips: This is where your waistline is the fullest, normally in the middle of of your buttocks.

SPAIN - 5€ (Free shipping and returns on orders over 50€)
CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA & MELILLA -  10 € (Free Shipping on orders over 100€)
EUROPE - 10 € (Free Shipping on orders over 100€)
REST OF THE WORLD - 15 €

How long does shipping take?

We ship all our orders from our offices in Barcelona. Shipping time are like this:

SPAIN: 24-48h (Canary Islands, 2-5 days)
EUROPE: 2-5 days
REST OF THE WORLD: 5-10 days

  • Keep in mind that there might be delays once it has been shipped due to external reasons.
  • Please make sure that there is always somebody to pick up the order, since our courier will ask for a signature.

  • You will receive a tracking email once the order has been shipped.
  • Duties and other taxes are not included in the shipping rate and must be paid by the customer upon receival. They are different for every country.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • You can return anything that doesn't fit in the next 14 days after receiving the order. Orders in Spain have free exchanges and returns.
