- Access the "Orders History" section on your account.
- Select the order from which you want to return an item by clicking on "Details".
- Select the product(s) you wish to return by checking the box next to its name.
- Add the quantity that needs to be returned.
- (Optional) In the "Merchandise return" section, you can add some explanation to let us know why you want to return the product.
- Click on "Request a return".
- Once we receive you request, we will confirm it and send you an e-mail with the return instructions.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
You are responsible for return shipping charges (except if you choose the free returns option).
- How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, the the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied on the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
